NM –Carbomer 30 INCI Name: Carbomer NM-Carbomer 30 is a white powder, cross-linked homopolymer of polyacrylic acid that is polymerized in a toxicologically preferred cosolvent system. It offers good electrolyte tolerance, high thickening performance in a broad pH range, and a rich, distinct sensory in challenging skin care formulations. NM-Carbomer 30 allows the formulator to achieve desired rheological and aesthetic properties in the presence of electrolytes or acidic actives required for consumer products. NM-ST 2623 Rheology Control Additive Synthetic thickener NM-ST 2623 rheology control additive is a powdered synthetic thickener based on polyacrylic acid. Being used in aqueous systems for a variety of different purposes in printing, coating or other technical applications. It demonstrates ion insensitivity to electrolytes which may be present in dye printing systems, combined with efficient thickening performance. This resin is un-neutralized and requires addition of an appropriate neutralizing agent to achieve maximum thickening efficiency. Neutralized dispersions of the NM-ST 2623 show high viscosity and high yield stress and can be used for suspending pigments or other particles in an aqueous system.
