The textiles market is far reaching and involves a wide
range of applications and accompanying end-use needs. Textile coatings are used
to enhance the value of textile materials by extending their useful life,
preserving their aesthetic appearance, and delivering performance and
protective features. With ever increasing demands in the industry, textile
coatings continue to evolve and become more innovative to meet these demands.
As the top leader of
Rheology control additives, Anhui Newman offers effective solutions to enhance
textile performance. Our Rheology control additives improve a broad range of
functional and aesthetic properties of textiles. Also we ’re nimble enough to
modify our formulations and even the polymers themselves to create innovative
new products for unique customer applications
Typical
Applications
Our rheology control
additives are used across many industries in a wide range of applications. At a
high level, these include apparel coatings, home furnishing coatings,
transportation textile coatings, technical textile coatings and custom textile
formulations.

NM-ST 2623 Rheology Control Additive
NM-ST 2623 Rheology Control
Additive
Synthetic thickener
NM-ST 2623 rheology control additive is a powdered synthetic
thickener based on polyacrylic acid. Being used in aqueous systems for a
variety of different purposes in printing, coating or other technical
applications.
It
demonstrates ion insensitivity to electrolytes which may be present in dye
printing systems, combined with efficient thickening performance. This resin is un-neutralized
and requires addition of an appropriate neutralizing agent to achieve maximum
thickening efficiency. Neutralized dispersions of the NM-ST 2623 show high
viscosity and high yield stress and can be used for suspending pigments or
other particles in an aqueous system.
