The Middle East is one of the core consumer markets in the global personal care and pharmaceutical auxiliary materials sector, with strict requirements for product compliance and quality stability. During the inspection, the customer visited the intelligent production workshop, quality inspection center, and R&D laboratory, and gained a detailed understanding of the full-process control system of carbomer from raw material synthesis to product manufacturing. They also highly recognized the product's production process, batch stability, and compliance certification qualifications.

They have higher electrolyte tolerance and handle a higher level of surfactant actives, ideally suited for use in formulations containing higher levels of oils, botanical ingredients such as shampoos and hair care products, and hydroalcoholic gels. Also, liquid carbomer such as NM-Carbomer SF-1, with INCI name acrylates copolymer. NM-Carbomer Aqua10 with Acrylates/beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymer. And NM-Carbomer Aqua 20, NM-Carbomer 25 with INCI name Acrylates/ Steareth-20 Methacrylate Copolymer. NM-Carbomer 25 with INCI name Acrylates/ Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer. As Anionic hydrophobic modified alkali swelling acrylic polymer emulsions (HASE), they are easy-to-use liquid form and can be instantly thickened and after providing easy handling to improve production efficiency. Due to the special chemical structure, it has excellent salt resistance, especially suitable for the formulation system with high surfactant content, such as the amino acid surfactant system formulation, and  anti-dandruff shampoo, shower gels, facial cleanser liquid soap, etc.

Especially, we launched polymeric emulsifier NM-EM305, and   NM-Carbomer TR series, NM-Carbomer TR-1, TR-2 and TR-3 ,are versatile, non-ethoxylated polymer designed to create stable and mild oil-in-water emulsions at low use levels. Not only thickening ,suspending ability ,but also good emulsifying, and they are  great choice for use in many skin care formulations, providing emulsion stability, smooth texture, and a pleasant fresh sensory for emulsions.
