NM-Carbomer Aqua 25 INCI Name: Acrylates/ Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer NM-Carbomer Aqua 25  is an anionic hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE) with unusually high aqueous thickening and stabilizing efficiency.
