It has long viscous flow property, imparts excellent thickening and suspending capability especially in surfactant systems and forms sparkling clarity gels. NM-Carbomer2020 has the ability to wet quickly but hydrate slowly, uncoiling at a relatively lower rate. This feature makes it easy to disperse and pump and handle in process due to its low dispersion viscosity before neutralization.

NM-Carbomer 691 INCI Name: Carbomer NM-Carbomer 691 is a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer. it is polymerized in co-solvent system of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane. This polymer provides suspension at low product viscosity and improves freeze-thaw and high temperature stability. This polymer performs well in challenging formulation environments at low and high pH. It is recommended for use in all purpose cleaners, surface cleaners, multi-purpose cleaners, drain openers, and fabric pretreatment systems.

Being used in aqueous systems for a variety of different purposes in printing, coating or other technical applications. It demonstrates ion insensitivity to electrolytes which may be present in dye printing systems, combined with efficient thickening performance. This resin is un-neutralized and requires addition of an appropriate neutralizing agent to achieve maximum thickening efficiency.
