NM-CarbomerAqua 20 INCI Name: Acrylates/Steareth-20 MethacrylateCopolymer NM-Carbomer Aqua 20 is an anionic hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE) with unusually high aqueous thickening and stabilizing efficiency. This thickener is a liquid, cold-processable product that instantaneously thickens upon neutralization providing ease of handling and increased manufacturing efficiency. It is offered at 30% solids and specifically imparts efficient thickening properties, to formulations containing high levels of surfactants. NM-Carbomer Aqua 20 is also with advantage to produce very clear formulations containing high levels of surfactants.

Carbomer 996/NM-Carbomer 996 is a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer. It is used as a high-efficient rheology modifier, capable of providing high viscosity, excellent thickening and suspending performance with low-dosage. It is also widely used in O/W lotions and creams as a favorable suspending agent.

NM-ST 2623 Rheology Control Additive Synthetic thickener NM-ST 2623 rheology control additive is a powdered synthetic thickener based on polyacrylic acid. Being used in aqueous systems for a variety of different purposes in printing, coating or other technical applications. It demonstrates ion insensitivity to electrolytes which may be present in dye printing systems, combined with efficient thickening performance. This resin is un-neutralized and requires addition of an appropriate neutralizing agent to achieve maximum thickening efficiency. Neutralized dispersions of the NM-ST 2623 show high viscosity and high yield stress and can be used for suspending pigments or other particles in an aqueous system.

It allows the development of a wide variety of textures from a shiny, smooth cream to thin sprayable lotions. Carbomer 990/NM-Carbomer 990 is a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer, polymerized in co-solvent system of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane. It is capable of providing high viscosity, excellent thickening and suspending performance with low-dosage. Its short flow (non-drip) properties are ideal for applications such as clear gels, hydroalcoholic gels, creams. When neutralized by alkali it forms sparkling clear water or hydroalcoholic gels and creams.
